In the afternoon my friend Ivo called me and asked if I might want to have is ticket, because he couldn’t go to the concert. Spontaneous I took the chance because it took place very close to the place I work and it was a welcome change.

I came little late for the first act, culcha candela. After 20min break, me eating a hotdog and finding a place on the meadow, the Cuban band Orishas played up. Nice Cuban style music, the right thing for a warm afternoon to relax.

They followed by Patrice & band, well not bad this guy but he should leave the free styling. I wonder what he hides under his big hat.

Another hot dog and 20min break later I took my place in front of the stage, because now the highlight of this evening shows up, Mister Gentleman. It was good the closer you where to the stage, the younger the audience, so I was the tallest there and had a good view on the stage. In the beginning the masses where a little sleepy but he Gentleman and The Far East Band made them wild again.

After this last act the radio tower on the fare ground was lit up by fireworks and pyrotechnic to light people back home.
