Very funny, now MS tries to force users to change from there only good OS by introducing atrificial OS requirements. You can simply install AoE3 if you run setuo.exe with /a parameter. Then enter setup dir, you see no progress bar, but after some time you get the messages for change the disk. After finished with installation go to the install dir and change requiredfeature type=”OS” required=”WinXP” to Win2k. If you get an error message if you try to start the game now, you must install MSXML 4.0 SP2.
